Liturgy, Prayers, Hymns, Children, Etc....

Our services follow a liturgy. Liturgy is an orderly form of worship. Liturgy functions almost like a time machine for us to experience the ways of the past. We pray the same prayers and recite the same creeds that millions of Christians throughout time and across the world have said. We sing both hymns and modern songs of worship. We preach expository sermons, which means sermons that explain a particular text or passage of scripture.

We believe that it is important for the family to worship together. For this reason we encourage children to remain in service during songs, prayer, public readings, and the sermon. However we understand that children at times may need to be tended to outside of the service. For this reason we have multiple common areas for diaper changes, nursing, restroom breaks, or refreshments.
